Facing the volunteer service team composed of nearly 200 enterprise employees, Ai Luming, chairman of the board and outstanding alumni of Wuhan University, made it clear: "we will do our best to ensure everyone's health and safety, and we will work together to tide over this difficulty."

Command of Leading Group on Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control in Hubei Province and Command of Leading Group on Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control in Wuhan entrusted Humanwell Healthcare to take charge of the procurement, reserve and distribution of emergency supplies at the end of January successively. As one of the first batch of three designated enterprises to reserve and distribute supplies for epidemic prevention, it faced logistics shutdown, factory shutdown, and insufficient stock of manufacturers… Difficulties came one after another, and this was a tough battle!

The emergency response team of Humanwell Healthcare for epidemic materials reserve started the 24-hour standby mode. There was no audience in this war, and everyone was a soldier. Since February 4, 13 employees had provided services such as meal delivery, room disinfection and garbage cleaning for 97 patients.

With the increase of the number of patients cured, the demand of rehabilitation station was expanding day by day. On March 1st,Wuhan Huaxia University of Technology of Dangdai Education received the notice ofCommand of Leading Group on Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control in Wuhan that the students' dormitories should be provided for rehabilitative observation of the cured patients. More than 130 staff members worked hard day and night. Within 72 hours, 3000 student dormitories were cleaned up and handed over for use. On March 6, the first batch of cured citizens were received here. The mission of epidemic prevention and control must be achieved. Such an efficient action benefited from the sufficient preplan.Wuhan Huaxia University of Technology and Wuhan Qingchuan University provided 6000 school buildings as reserve isolation points to support the construction of emergency rescue sites in Wuhan. Although this was an extraordinary move in an extraordinary period, Dangdai people had turned seemingly "impossible task" into reality step by step.

Responsibility can be seen in front of important and difficult things and crises show true qualities. From the first day of the lunar new year in 2020, the Dangdai Group started the emergency assistance mode with its partner enterprises Humanwell Healthcare and Tianfeng Securities. 120 ventilator and 2000 pieces of anti-viral oral liquid were quickly put in place. The donation fund of 10 million yuan was used by Wuhan Charity Association to purchase intelligent distribution robot (A1 type), Siemens original color ultrasonic diagnostic instrument and other supporting facilities, and they were sent to Wuhan Ninth Hospital, the Second Hospital of WISCO and Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University and others in the first line of anti-epidemic.

Under Ai Luming's appeal, up to now, the Dangdai Group and its partner enterprises have donated 70.6388 million yuan, including funding of 30.4858 million yuan and supplies worth of 40.153 million yuan. From the beginning of the epidemic to the establishment of the volunteer service team of Dangdai Group, 198 volunteers had been on the way. They made 2354 round trips, 1.44 million pieces of transportation, with a total service time of 16700 hours and a total delivery mileage of more than 90000 kilometers. They only wanted to "send qualified materials to the most needed places at the first time", to deliver "weapons" to "soldiers in white", and to provide help to the people in Jiangcheng. There are no superheroes and they are just ordinary people holding hands and making concerted efforts. In the face of the epidemic, they raised their arms and cried: the anti-epidemic flight does not stop until the epidemic is over!

Since February, the Dangdai Group and its partner enterprises have launched various action plans to care for medical staff. On February 26, the Dangdai Group launched the recruitment in 2020, and gave priority to interview and employ the relatives of the medical team members and front-line medical staff to provide them with employment security. At the same time, the cloud based rehabilitation public welfare project was launched to care for the families of anti-epidemic medical staff in Wuhan, and one-to-one remote video rehabilitation guidance was provided to relieve the difficulties and worries of medical staff.

The Dangdai Public Welfare Foundation has also launched the "love milk powder" project, donating infant milk powder to medical workers who were unable to breast feed due to their participation in front-line work to alleviate the shortage of children's milk powder, and provided middle-aged and elderly milk powder to help the parents of medical staff supplement nutrition.

To thank the angel in white, seven high-quality scenic spots, such as Fanjing Mountain and Nanwan Monkey Island Park of Sante Cableway, will be open to medical workers nationwide free of charge from the day the scenic spots resume operation to the end of the year; Wuhan Qingchuan University will provide tuition feeexemptions and special assistance to the children of front-line medical staff in the fight against epidemic.

There is a power to walk with love. As a public welfare person, during the epidemic period, Ai Luming was also worried when noticing the difficulties those disadvantaged groups faced, "because of the epidemic, those people who are already living in difficulties are more likely to be ignored at this time. Public welfare foundations and volunteers can give full play to our flexible advantages, help one when find one, and ensure the smooth flow of social microvessels, so as not to make them "more difficult."

In order to alleviate the urgent situation of needs of the stranded people for supplies, the Dangdai Public Welfare Foundation set up the project of "caring for the stranded people in Han " for the first time. Rice, cooking oil, disinfectant, secondary protective clothing… On February 29, the first batch of relief materials was delivered by Dangdai volunteers to the Wuhan rescue management station and distributed to more than 600 people in need. They would continue to provide them with their needs in the future. In addition, the foundation also urgently purchased a batch of daily food and daily necessities to help difficult families in communities. 46 people stranded in Wuhan also affected people. Among them, there were migrant workers whose parents were dead, construction workers in Leishenshan Hospital, pregnant women in labor, single mothers, and students who came to Wuhan to fight in their winter vacation. The foundation provided them with rescue stations, donated living materials, contacted hospitals, and provided temporary assistance for them…The city was still warm as before.

Today, anti-epidemic war has not yet come to an end, and Ai Luming's concern for his employees and the city remains the same: "before the epidemic is completely ended, we must not take it lightly.".
