In the afternoon on October 19th, 2023, led by professor GONG Limin, graduate students of the Master of International Business program of Wuhan University, visited Shenzhen Vanke Xiangying Management Service Co., Ltd. located in Optics Valley Huijin Center, in the East Lake New Technology Development Zone of Wuhan.

Xiangying was founded in 2019, which was formerly known as the shared center of Vanke Group. It is a total enterprise service operator committed to providing Recruitment Process Outsourcing(RPO), Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and other services for enterprises,whose main business includes human resources, finance, IT and call center. Xiangying focuses on three product lines of blue-collar employee recruitment, manpower outsourcing and shared services, and provides customers with high-quality and efficient integrated service, "centralized remotely plus personalized locally", through the process deconstruction, remodeling and information platform construction, promoting the development of enterprise. As of April 2023, the company had more than 6,000 employees,whose business has covered 56 cities across the country, and has serviced more than 1,000 companies and more than 200,000 users.

Guiding by Ms. YANG Li, the person in charge of Xiangying Spark Society, and three other staff at Vanke Xiangying, international students from the Economics and Management School visited the office, corporate leisure and sports venues of Xiangying.The staff of Xiangyang also demonstrated intelligent shared mobile terminals, such as financial robots and artificial intelligence facilities and their using methods. Ms. YANG introduced the basic information of Xiangying and Vanke Financial Sharing Center, including organizational structure, recruitment process, employee benefits, etc.. International students from international business program of Wuhan University actively enquired on office work status, modern financial management and other aspects of Vanke's business practice, and gained from the exchange and interaction with staff of Vanke Xiangying.
