在这次演讲中，吕教授将概述管理期刊的评审过程，并强调在这一过程中应避免的关键陷阱。然后，她将详细说明如何在手稿和修订的准备工作中增加成功的机会。会谈将是高度互动的。

Abstract: In this talk, Professor Lu will provide an overview of the review process of management journals and highlight the critical pitfalls to avoid in this process. She will then elaborate how to enhance chances of success in the preparation the manuscripts and revisions. The talk will be highly interactive.

讲座人简介：

Jane Lu （吕文珍）is Chair Professor at the Department of Management, City University of Hong Kong. She is a Fellow of the Academy of International Business and the President of the Asia Academy of Management. Her research centers on the intersection between organization theory and strategy. Her earlier research investigates broad-level issues that underlie a firm's international strategy. Her recent research continues this line of research with a focus on emerging market firms and their non-market strategies. Her work has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management and Journal of International Business Studies, among other leading journals. She is currently a Senior Editor of the Journal of World Business and a Consulting Editor of the Journal of International Business Studies.

吕文珍，香港城市大学管理系讲席教授，国际商务学会（AIB）会士，亚洲管理学会现任主席。主要研究领域集中在组织与战略理论的相互影响。早期研究广泛涉猎于企业国际化战略的各领域，近期主要聚焦于新兴国家企业及其非市场化战略。其研究成果大量发表在国际一流期刊如AMJ、ASQ、SMJ、JoM、JIBS等。
